How it works:

1.  Fill out the following http://www.propertyware.com/pw/setup/mail_merge_images/91293103/Final_Agreement.pdf

2.  Agent will contact you to set up a time to preview the property, install a sign and lockbox (if vacant) and collect keys/remotes.

3.  We start advertising your property or contact the current tenant to inform them we have taken over management within two days.

4.  (If vacant) We will send you weekly updates regarding the status of your property

5.  Once a qualified applicant is found, we will contact you regarding move-in dates and details

6.  We will photo document move in as well as create and execute lease agreement and other necessary forms

7.  You will receive rent monthly (minus repairs and fees) between the 10th and 15th of the month
