We Offer a couple of different Fee options:
 
Full Management of Property
Find a qualified tenant, rent collection, bookkeeping and maintenance coordination, vendor and owner 1099’s, tenant issues and compliance 

  • First month – 50% of one month’s full gross rent for advertising, signage, screening, photo documentation, lease preparation and execution and move in
  • Following months – 7.9% of the gross rent per single family residence, If we manage 2 or more of your properties the fee is subject to be negotiable—Which could be between 5.9% to 7.9%.
  • Repairs (if necessary) are billed at a 10% markup of the vendors invoice. We will do the job for you in finding the best cost and quality in repairs quotes.
  • Lease Up Only
    advertising, signage, screening, photo documentation, lease preparation and execution and move in

  • 6% of the gross yearly rent.
  • Additional Services Include:

  • 24/7 on-call maintenance crew
  • Online access for tenants to request maintenance, pay rent or view status of account
  • Online access for owners to view account statements, maintenance requests
  • Rents can be automatically debited from tenant’s bank accounts
  • Rents can be direct deposited into owner’s bank accounts
  • Full Service Evictions – including court appearances by one of our staff
