Christy earned her Accredited Residential Manager designation, is a licensed real estate agent and has continued her education in the residential property management field.  Over the years, she has completed classes pertaining to Landlord / Tenant Law, Eviction Process, Ethics, Finance, Fair Housing and Real Estate in general.  She is an Ambassador for the Glendora Chamber of Commerce and the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors Caravan.  She also serves as secretary for the non-profit Real Estate Professionals Foundation.  She is a former member of TEAM Referral Network serving as the President of the Pomona Fairplex Chapter for January-November 2009.  She regularly attends West End and Chino Valley Real Estate Professional Caravans.  Owning her own rentals has brought her an insight into the industry and a passion for treating each rental taken into her office as her own.

 

Krista Chakmak, Director of Marketing / Property Manager

Krista has networked extensively for the past 5 years.  With her experience and contacts, she was a welcome addition to our team.  She will be attending Chamber functions, charity golf tournaments, networking events and marketing our business out in the community.  She manages properties efficiently by keeping in constant contact with the owners of the building as well as the tenants.  Her background is in building customer relations and marketing.

 

Kristina Abrams, Property Manager

Kristina joins our team with over 5 years experience in office management and REO coordination.  She is responsible for managing properties which includes placing tenants, performing inspections, coordinating evictions, collections calls and coordinating maintenance with vendors and tenants.  She tirelessly works to ensure both tenants and owners of the properties are satisfied.   

Vanessa Mora - Receptionist / Applications Processing 

Vanessa is the newest member of our team who answers phones, processes the applications and helps the management team.  She can answer any questions you may have.  Se habla espanol.  

 

Gina Cervantes, Bookkeeper

With many years experience in the banking world and accounting, Gina joins our team and is an invaluable asset handling all the day to day bookkeeping duties associated with managing properties and budgeting, reporting and statement generation, as well as keeping the office running like a well oiled machine.

 

Dion Taylor, Handyman

A student at University of Redlands, Dion is a business major and is a welcome addition to our team.  He handles all maintenance on the properties we manage and is awesome!  Just a phone call away, he is reliable, efficient and friendly!

Kristine Froelich, Marketing Specialist

Kristine Froelich Dependable, hard working and busy as a bee.  Kristine is always on the run, being the model of efficiency.  She is responsible for the daily updates of our listings on multiple internet listing sites, social media and tenant database updates.  She keeps our listings fresh and accurate.
