ALL MOVE IN FUNDS MUST BE PAID IN CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MADE PAYABLE TO ONE STOP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

 IF pets are accepted at your property, proof of renter's insurance with a pet rider must be given prior to signing of lease or acceptance of deposit.
